Fuzzy Systems & A.I.

The journal is intended to provide a fast communication mean for fully refereed papers, mainly covering the areas commonly shared by Fuzzy Systems and Artificial Intelligence. The main topics are: fuzzy sets and systems theory and its applications, neural networks, approximate reasoning, decision theory and optimization, intelligent control. Two classes of contribution are basically envisaged: letters, i.e. short papers, up to four pages long, and reports, i.e., survey papers, up to twenty-five printed pages long. Also featured are: technical notes, brief descriptions of applied ideas, book and software review, research and conference accounts a.s.o. Thus, the journal complements, rather competes, other publications in the field.
